About us
BACKGROUND
In 2002, a group of Muslim friends wanted to bring together their own MSAs to discuss issues faced on campus. From this idea came the MSA Lone Star Council — or LSC, for short.
The MSA Lone Star Council (LSC) is a coalition of collegiate MSAs across Texas whose primary purpose is to unify MSAs for the sake of Allah (SWT). LSC serves as a forum for efficient and effective interaction between MSAs in Texas and focuses on facilitating networking and training/development. We operate with the understanding that through cooperation, we can achieve much more than we can individually.
We are also a registered 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit that operates in the state of Texas.
